1. Order & Account

  • Customers may place service requests via website, phone, or email.
  • By submitting an enquiry, the Customer agrees to provide accurate personal information, which may be used to create a customer account.
  • The Customer is responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials and must notify the Company in case of unauthorized access.
  • The Company will confirm orders through an official Order Confirmation, after which the agreement becomes legally binding.
  • For bulky or special items, acceptance is subject to inspection at the time of pickup.

2. Storage Services

  • Storage services include pickup, packing (if applicable), transportation, and warehousing of goods.
  • Storage begins from the date goods are collected or received at the facility.
  • A minimum billing period of one month applies. After this, charges will be calculated on a pro-rata basis.
  • Customers must provide at least 7 days’ prior notice for delivery or retrieval requests.
  • Service timelines are subject to operational availability. The Company may reschedule services, with reasonable prior communication.
  • Failure of pickup or delivery due to customer unavailability may attract No Show or re-attempt charges.

3. Packing, Pickup & Delivery

  • Customers must ensure that items are securely packed. The Company is not responsible for improper packing done by the Customer.
  • The Customer or an authorized representative must be present during pickup and delivery.
  • Goods will only be released to the Customer or an authorized person upon valid identification and prior authorization.
  • The Company will wait up to a reasonable time at the pickup/delivery location; delays beyond this may incur additional charges.
  • Delivery addresses must be accessible. Additional charges may apply for stairs, lack of elevator, or restricted access.

4. Customer Responsibilities

The Customer agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and updated information
  • Ensure safe access (including parking and entry) for service personnel
  • Declare all items correctly during booking
  • Ensure items are dry, clean, and safe for storage
  • Switch off and prepare appliances (like refrigerator, washing machine, etc.) before pickup

5. Prohibited & Restricted Items

  • Hazardous, flammable, explosive, or toxic materials
  • Liquids, gases, or perishable goods
  • Plants, animals, or biological waste
  • Weapons, illegal substances, or regulated items
  • Cash, jewelry, antiques, or high-value goods
  • The Company reserves the right to inspect, refuse, or remove any items violating these conditions.
  • If prohibited items are stored, the Customer will bear all risks, damages, and legal consequences.

6. Ownership & Legal Compliance

  • The Customer confirms they are the rightful owner or authorized custodian of all stored goods.
  • All items must comply with applicable laws and regulations.
  • The Customer agrees to indemnify the Company against any claims, damages, or legal disputes arising from stored goods.

7. Risk, Insurance & Liability

  • Goods are stored on an “as-is” and “customer-declared” basis.
  • The Company will exercise reasonable care but is not responsible for:
    • Wear and tear or natural deterioration
    • Moisture, rust, or climatic impact
    • Electrical or mechanical failure
    • Pre-existing damage
  • The Company does not guarantee the working condition of appliances upon return.
  • Standard liability is limited to a predefined amount or one month’s storage charges, whichever is lower.
  • Insurance covers only fire, theft, and natural disasters. Customers must declare the value of items during pickup; otherwise, the Company will not be responsible for any claims.
  • Additional insurance can be opted at extra cost with proper declaration of value.

8. Payments & Charges

  • All services are billed monthly in advance.
  • Charges are based on agreed quotation and may vary for additional or undeclared items.
  • Applicable GST and taxes will be charged as per law.
  • Pricing is valid for up to 12 months, after which it may be revised.
  • Late payments beyond 15 days will attract interest/penalty charges.

9. Non-Payment & Lien Rights

  • In case of delayed or unpaid dues, the Company reserves the right to:
    • Suspend services
    • Deny access to stored goods
    • Exercise lien over stored items
  • If payment remains unpaid for an extended period (e.g., 30–60 days), the Company may:
    • Dispose, auction, or sell goods to recover dues
    • Recover additional costs incurred during this process

10. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Orders can be canceled up to 48 hours prior to scheduled service without penalty.
  • Cancellation within 48 hours will attract applicable charges.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 10–15 working days.
  • No refunds will be provided for services already completed.

11. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for delays or failure in service due to events beyond its control, including natural disasters, strikes, civil unrest, government actions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

12. Privacy & Communication

  • Customer data will be handled as per the Company’s Privacy Policy.
  • The Customer consents to receive service-related communications via phone, SMS, email, or other channels.

13. Termination

  • The Company may terminate services in case of:
    • Non-payment
    • Breach of Terms
  • Customers must clear all outstanding dues before closure of service.

Customer Declaration

  • I/We hereby declare that:
  • I/We am/are the rightful owner or authorized user of the goods stored.
  • All information provided is true and accurate.
  • The goods do not include any prohibited or restricted items.
  • I/We agree to all Terms & Conditions stated above.
  • I/We authorize Neosafe Storage Solutions to store, transport, and handle the goods.
  • The Company may shift goods between warehouses if required.
  • I/We agree to indemnify the Company against any legal claims or damages related to the stored goods.
  • I/We confirm that all appliances are cleaned, dry, and switched off prior to pickup.
