Customer Responsibilities

• Prepare appliances before pickup

Prohibited Items

• No hazardous or illegal materials
• No liquids, perishables, or gases
• No animals or biological waste
• No weapons or valuables

Ownership & Compliance

• Customer must own or be authorized
• Items must follow laws
• Customer liable for disputes

Risk & Liability

• No responsibility for natural damage
• No guarantee of appliance condition
• Limited liability applies
• Insurance optional for extra cost

Payments & Charges

• Monthly advance billing
• GST applicable
• Price valid for 12 months
• Late payment penalty applies

Non-Payment & Rights

• Services may be suspended
• Access to goods may be restricted
• Company may sell goods to recover dues

Cancellation & Refund

• No refund will be provided after cancellation

Force Majeure

Company not responsible for delays due to external events.

Privacy & Communication

Customer data handled as per privacy policy.

• Non-payment
